Naveta d'Es Tudons is an ancient funerary structure in Menorca, shaped like an inverted boat and dating back to 1200-700 BC. It's a fascinating monument where over 100 bodies and various objects were discovered. Nearby, visitors can explore the Naveta de Tudons, a unique boat-shaped ossuary from around 2000 BC. The site offers insight into the pre-talayonica civilization that once thrived on the island.
Fascinating ancient building / burial chamber. It was free entry the day we went, with free parking at any time. I like how it is totally uncommercialised , a few explanatory boards to make you aware of it's history and left to wander around without restriction. You can't enter it but can see inside through the entrance with the aid of a torch. Half hour is plenty,, it's right on the Me-1 so a place to visit on the way to or from elsewhere (it's very close to the Ithaca quarry) but well worth the stop.

Must see megalithic monument representative of Menorca. Well preserved.

Very easy to find and lots of parking available. Worth a visit.

Liked the story about the 2 giants.

One of the oldest monument in Europe, not much to see but for only 2€ it is worth making a little detour
Cl?ment Rousselot — Google review
Cool to see the pre-roman Taliotic history of Menorca. This burial site is between 3/4 thousand years old and is worth a visit if passing, the signs give great detail about the site. Also worth noting that a visit on a Monday or Tuesday is free (otherwise €2).
Oliver Gilbert — Google review
The most disappointing historical site we visited in 2 weeks and it cost 2 euros. Only thing here is a rebuilt tomb (locked) and a ticket office. Way better things to see for free.
Stuart Waudby — Google review
Best preserved site of the talaiotic culture. Deserved a visit if you are going in or out of Ciutadella.
David Florimond — Google review
An incredible location and a monument to the people of Menorca who have helped to preserve it for countless generations for thousands of years. Worth a visit, just off the main spine road, €2 per adult. You can only wonder how many ancient eyes have been to see this site. Quite simply awesome.
Matt Smart — Google review
Large stone tomb from about 1400bc which has been renovated but still really impressive. 2€ each so well worth it. Easily accessible from the main Mahón to Ciutadella road.

The bay of Cala en Turqueta is a beautiful sandy beach located on the north coast of Menorca. With clear blue waters and a sandy white shoreline, it's perfect for swimming. The bay is also popular for sunbathing and kayaking because of its secluded location and tranquil surroundings. Nearby, you can find Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, two beautiful bays with crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming or kayaking.
I had a car rented during my holiday on the island, but unfortunately I couldn't use it to rich Cala Turqueta and Cala Macarelleta. Starting with June until end of September the access to these two caves with car is impossible but with bus only. This is because the parking spaces are limited on these 2 beaches and the acces from the main road/highway to them is very narrow. So, the best way to reach to the beaches from whatever you are located in Ciutadella, Cala n Bosch, Cala Blanca is to reach the bus station "Via Perimetral" - Ciutadella . From here you can take bus Nr. 68 to Turqueta or bus Nr. 69 to Macarelleta. It cost 10 Euros per person covering both ways for each destination. Once arrived , you will need to walk for up to 15 min. through forrest to reach the sea. It s worthed, the water is pristine, beautiful colour, silence. Enjoy. Ps: Don t forget to return in time to your scheduled bus.

Conservative people beware, I did not expect so much nudity at a family beach. I could not even take pictures because there were always a topless person in the background, they were nice people but I was not comfortable. The beach is very small but water is warm and clear. Just a warning to families or conservative people like me.
Sahra K — Google review
Beautiful beach, lovely clear sea. Parking is bonkers! Go by bus and save the stress and hassel, we did and was the best way to get there and enjoy some hours. Does get very busy. 🔆🩴⛱️
Jonathan Faithfull — Google review
Without a doubt the best cala in Menorca!! Don't hesitate more and go check it out, thank me later.
Fernando BM — Google review
We parked at Son Bou and walked the coastal path to Cala Turqueta. It took an hour or so each way but meant parking was easy. It’s a beautiful beach but was pretty busy, even in early October on a weekday.
Emily Flegg — Google review
Beautiful place to go. Try to be early (get there before 8AM) since it can be limited (mostly due to COVID measures). In high season, sometimes it can get full at 7:30. There's a small serving cafeteria at the parking with some snacks, although, bring your own is more recommended. A note on this beach: rather crowded and it smells a bit due to a mangrove at the back of the beach.
Francisco de Freitas (chicofranchico) — Google review
We came here on the last day of out vacation to watch the sunset (even through it was blocked by the landscape. The bad thing about this paradise is not only do you have to come here at 7 in the morning or at 6 in the afternoon, the beach is tiny!! There are two beaches, both of which are quite small which means you can only imagine how packed it is at midday when they close the parking because it's full. I recommend coming here in the late afternoon when people are getting ready to go out to dinner. Anyway, the beach was clean and there are nearby bins but (when we arrived) the water wasn't as clear as we imagined but I think that varies from day to day.
Twibit — Google review
Cala en Torqueta is one of the most beautiful coves of the island, we reached it thanks to a boat excursion and we have no idea if outside the beach are available some kind of service, inside the beach there is only a lifeguard station and no more, you must have your own umbrella. The sand is white and there are lots of panoramic point where you can take photos and dive from it. This is one of the most recommended coves of the all island. You must see it.
Andrea Pizzorni — Google review
There is 20 mins walk to the beach. The parking is free but limited to probably 200. The parking is also attended and you will be guided to the next parking spot. At the car park there is bar which sales food/snacks and drinks (Only cash though). You can also take your shower there (1€ per minute of water in a coin drop in box). It is really worth to visit it. Bear in mind if the car park is full it probably means the beach is also packed up. But the water is usually really clear and the scenery is mindblowing - Thanks god for the best there is no concrete there....

The bay Cala Mitjana is a stunningly beautiful place on the south of Menorca. It has deep blue water and tall pine-covered cliffs on either side, making it an incredibly peaceful and secluded spot. The only access to the beach is by boat or by walking, so it can be quite crowded in high season. However, the peace and beauty of the place are worth it.
Get there early! Cala Mitjana is a paradise for snorkelling and cliff diving. We come here every year and we aim to be on the beach by 08:30! You really need to beat the crowd to have fun here. The cave swimming is great and the location is a natural cove so there is very little wave action. We did the cliff jump several times. For us its a morning activity.

Cala Mutjana is a nice area in menorca Spain. We parked at a parking lot and walked to the beach. The walk to the beach felt more like a hike but very nice path way. The path was natural rocks and dirt with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea along the way. The hike was not too difficult we did it with my 2 year old niece but went slow and took our time. The beach here was a decent size not too big but wasn’t too small either. The beach has nice soft white sand and wasn’t too busy. The water of the Mediterranean Sea here is a beautiful turquoise blue and clean.

Amazing beach, so wild and beautiful, one of my favourite beach from Menorca
Ramona Olivera Pavel — Google review
Great place in the evening. Very beautiful bay and big, in summer maybe also full. My photos are from mid november and we were the only ones. It’s a longer walk through the forest but also really nice.
Stefanos — Google review
This beach is so beautiful 😍 during day is super crowded, but around sunset you can find thete very few people (>5). It is also possible to sleep on that beach in slippag. If you don't put your tent noone will mind, but weather usually is so wonderful that you really don't need a tent.
Bartosz Markowicz — Google review
I've been there the first days of October and the water was amazing. Really beautiful and still warm. Although it was raining a bit and it was a bit windy, I swam and it felt great. There's a small "cave" on one side, and you can walk there without swimming. It's about 1m deep, shallower inside the cave. It's a 20 minute walk from Cala Galdana. There's a small public toilet in one of the paths that go to the main road.
David Gavilan — Google review
We went to Cala Mijtana on Saturday and had a great day. You park in a carpark just off the main road. And follow the signs and footpath down to Cala Mijtana. It takes around 15-20 mins depending on the speed of your walking. The walk is fairly easy. The beach has a little bit of shade on the edges. And there is a walk up a slight incline to get to another more remote beach. We got these photos from a section of that walk.
Rebecca Selkirk — Google review
Amazing beach with beautiful crystal clear water. The near parking lot gets quickly full so it's better to arrive earlier. We parked at 8:50 am and there were plenty of free spots.

Such a beautiful beach, set in a cove that can be easily reached from the car park by a ~25 minute walk down a partially shaded path! Check out the little cave too!

The beautiful bay of Macarella and Macarelleta is located on the south western side of Menorca, it belongs to the Area Natural D'Especial Interes on Ciutadellas southern coast. The cove boasts clear, shallow waters and rocky cliffs, making it one of Menorcas most beautiful destinations.
Skip the beach by the restaurant and hike to the further beach, clear waters. Might be hard to find a spot so come early!
Ash Winter — Google review
The best spot near Cala Galdana. Walk 30/40min to Cala Macarella then ~10min with a beautiful view to get to Cala Macarelleta. Although there are lot of people, the atmosphere is pretty intimate! No trees so don't expect shaded areas. But enjoy the fine sand + clean and beautiful water.
Maxime De Simone — Google review
Stunning place! The atmosphere is very calm. Remember to reserve the bus on the official website. The parking was not available (we went in mid-September)
Francesco Laiti — Google review
This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You can walk and enjoy the views or get there by boat. A must while in Menorca
Cristobal Daly — Google review
The most beautiful hidden beach in the area. Must go when it's not busy to enjoy it because it's small. Arrived here late in the afternoon in october. Reached it through a 30min walk on the connecting trail from Cala Turquetta. Spectacular beach!
Andrea — Google review
A perfect discovery: beautiful hike, beautiful beach! The hike from Cala Galdana took 30 mins to Macarella (hot but doable) and another 15 mins to Macarelleta. Beautiful sea views between Macarella and Macarelleta. Not dangerous (the edge is mostly fenced off) but some of the white rocks can be slippery. The proper gear (running or trekking shoes) are definitely needed. I would NOT recommend to do it in flip-flops. Also beware, most of the beach is covered by shade by 6pm.
Alina Mustafina — Google review
A stunning cove with a beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear turquoise water to swim in. A natural beauty with a nice little hike down from the car park and past the much less pretty Macarella beach.

It takes about 45 minutes to walk to this area from Cala Galdana. However, it is well worth it. It is so beautiful and has a great vibe. The water is so blue and clear. I will definitely be back to the Cala the next time I visit Menorca.
Profesor Adams — Google review
If you're going to do a cala in Menorca, this is the one! My favourite by far. It's a short 15-minute walk from Macarella that gives you a magnificent panorama of the two beaches. If the beach is a bit crowded and you're not afraid of rocks, you can easily set up on the left-hand side of the cala for a bit of privacy. You can also jump off the rocks if you like!
Lucas Fr — Google review
White sand, clear water, completely full even in May. Unfortunately, not nudist anymore, only topless.
Katalin Solymosi — Google review
It's a wonderful sea beach with great view .. You need to hike for about 30 mins to reach the beach from the place where the bus(public transport) drops you, but the view is worth it.
Aaheri Bhattacharya — Google review
Not sure why this is being classed as a beach resort - thankfully there's no resort, just a beautiful little cove with perfect soft white sand and stunning turquoise waters. We were here in mid May and although other reviewers mentioned somewhere to buy food/drink this is incorrect. On the bigger beach Cala Macarella which you need to go through to access the path to Cala Macarelleta there was a beach bar, however if going I'd come prepared with some drinks, snacks and bags for rubbish. Also keep in mind there are no toilet facilities. The path from Cala Macarella beach is about 10-15 mins walk however keep in mind this is up and around the side of a cliff so is steep in parts. We saw parents walking back and keeping a strict eye on the kids who were around 7-8ish. Kids younger than this I'd be very worried about. I think in the summer this turns into a nudist beach, even on the day we were there I saw a big belly, with a little brown bottom in one corner 😂 - we spent a wonderful and very peaceful 4-5 hours here and next time I'm on the island I'd certainly go back
Toby Hunt — Google review
Lovely beach with plenty of shade under the trees. The beach is beautiful and it can be reached by foot or bus. Initially, large amounts of seaweed will be spotted in the water but don't let this put you off. The water is extremely clear and you'll undoubtedly see many boats anchored. There is a kayak rental area and another beach around the corner, accessed by water. The beach restaurant is quite nice, take away is available, and there are toilets and even a shower (for 1 Euro) if needed. We walked to the beach from Cala Galdana, which was hot, but a nice walk and well worth it.
Martyn Jones — Google review
You have to make a Long walk to get to this beach, the track is very easy to do and very well identify, you can do on two ways, by car, but you have to go very soon the among of people is to much, and the entrecy is limit to the parking car, and the entrecy are on distinct points of access, or you can do walking, seeking for the path on the opposite side. Wonderful beach amazing view and oversight.

Seafood restaurant
Restaurant Café Balear, a Mediterranean seafood eatery, started as a humble tavern in the 1970s but has since transformed into a culinary gem on the island. Its distinction lies in the Rosa Santa Primera fishing vessel, which exclusively supplies fresh catch daily. The menu revolves around seasonal offerings and includes tapas appetizers and select meat dishes sourced from locally raised livestock fed on uniquely seasoned grass.
Come here if you are in a mood for a pleasant, more fancier kind of dinner in the ciutadella. The food is really good and the price is fair. We had the razor clams and lobster with fried eggs and fries, 2 glasses of wine, water and bread. The price was 130€ for everything, the lobster was 0,7kg and 103€. The staff was nice. Be sure to get a table outside if possible.
David Carvalho — Google review
In my top 3 go-to restaurant in Menorca: exceptional tapas, especially the delicious tuna and incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked razor clams and clams. The standout was the lobster stew, highly recommended!
Floriane Y — Google review
This is the best restaurant in all Menorca, the food is amazing and the price is correct. They know their cellar, really good wines at the right price. Let them recommend you what to drink with your chosen food. Amazing desserts. Do not hesitate go to Cafe Balear.

The Best caldereta I have had in Menora, worth every penny, absolutely superb. Waiters very attentive and beautiful restaurant.

In order to get a table you have to get there before 20:00 I would say that around 19:45 would be ok if you are a small group. We had the navajas , tomato with burrata , clams and the cuttlefish fideua. Fideua was excellent! I could come back for another one. Tomato with burrata … ok Clams … good Navajas really good

Rightfully known as one of the best places to eat in town, do come at 8ish if you want to beat the long queue that quickly develops. We enjoyed both the monkfish and swordfish carpaccio ( latter being one of the best dishes on our 5 days here), the croquettes and the delicate scallops. Restaurant tells everyone about their boat that brings fresh catch every day and you can tell from the quality of fish. The apple and calvados dessert felt home made and went with my cortado perfectly. We’ll visit again tomorrow before going home.
Henri Bliudzius — Google review
Prebooked and were allocated a table towards the back of the restaurant close to the interior patio. There we sat, hoping one of the waiters who were studiously folding napkins might come over and ask if we would perhaps like a drink while looking at the menu. After around 10 mins someone looked over and offered us a chance for a drink. Then we ordered. Beef carpaccio first to share. Second, solomillo de ternera for husband and simply cooked monkfish (rape) for me. Chose a Rueda Verdejo from the extensive wine list to accompany the meal. Carpaccio okay but no different from any of the other restaurants that we frequent. Husband’s fillet steak was really good. Cooked as ordered, tender and full of flavour. Monkfish, very generous portion, but almost tasteless. Not experienced this on visits to other seafood restaurants, so unsure what caused this. No one during the course of our meal enquired if everything was good, despite the fact that they were not particularly busy. We skipped desert and asked for the bill, which was brought with lightening speed.
QS1 C — Google review
Very nice and great dinner at the restaurant! We made a reservation and could sit at a table inside the restaurant, by the window and overlooking the port. There are also some tables in the back courtyard. Service was impeccably mastered. I would recommend a reservation for inside, as there are quite some waiting lines to sit outdoors on the harbour in summertime (where it is first come, first served)
Pecha T. — Google review
Amazing waterfront views. Very high quality seafood, our favourite was the arroz caldosa & the local prawns. Service was excellent too. So glad we had a opportunity to dine here.

The food here was exquisite. It was the best meal we had in Menorca and the food was delicious. Super fresh and well priced. The service was also top notch, with all waiters being incredibly polite and recommending great dishes. Would 100% return again!

Alongside the river in a quiet area. We sat outside (reservations are only for inside) - outdoors is first come first serve. We enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the wine! I found most of the bottles of wine are around $22-35! We ordered only starters as we were full from our complimentary breakfast at Faustino Gran - swordfish tartar, razor clams, octopus…the pistachio ice cream is the best I’ve ever had and actually tastes like and made of real pistachios!
Mookie Lee — Google review
Went here whilst on holiday, had very high expectations, as this place had so many good reviews online and was suppose to be one of the best restaurants to eat at on the Cuitadella harbour front! Well what a big mistake that meal out was… Was the only thing that was awful on our trip Firstly we was placed on a table which was next to a table they were using for dirty plates I assume as they kept placing them next to us..Starters come, my boyfriend had the clams and I had the croquettes which wasn’t too bad wasn’t anything fancy, then the mains come… Well what a disappointment they were My boyfriend had the Lobster with potatoes and eggs, which was actually a plate full oil with greasy oily chips, two undercooked eggs, and literally not even half the lobster was on the plate… there was hardly anything of it, even this small portion of lobster he struggled to eat it was just like rubber and was horrible! To top it off don’t let them catch you out, all the lobster dishes on the menu are about €50 however they will charge you more depending on the weight of the lobster which is in Spanish on the menu, however we were nearly charged €100 for literally not even half of a lobster with a plate of oil and chips… what an absolute joke! I had the steak, it was the smallest bit of steak I’ve ever seen, and it was burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside, also with a super tiny side of super oily greasy chips! Yum I would most definitely not recommend this restaurant horrendously over priced for awful food… the food looks nothing like the photos they advertise. This was the most expensive meal on our holiday and the most disappointing! Such a shame when it’s in such a pretty location directly on the harbour.

Smoix Restaurant, recognized by the Michelin Guide for its exceptionally delicious cuisine, offers contemporary dishes using seasonal local ingredients that highlight both meat and fish. The presentation is impeccable, with highly recommended options like lobster ravioli and cod loins. Located in the heart of Ciutadella, this boutique establishment was once a shoemaker's workshop and now features five cozy hotel rooms. Guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast each morning as a preview of the delightful meals served downstairs.
Probably our best dining experience in Menorca. Both the pork and the goat were fantastic. Great food providence, creative dishes and fantastic service.

Exceptional food. Would recommend a table in the cosy courtyard. Every dish we had was fantastic - ravioli, sweetbreads, catch of the day and the coffee vanilla spheres dessert 🤤
Mina Ip — Google review
Delicious dinner, entirely worthy of its Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction. The croquettes are definitely worth a try for starters, especially given their price. For the main course, both the fish and meat were just as delicious so you can’t go wrong with either. The chocolate deserts were, once again, delicious. And of course, the « by the glass » wine selection was 😘👌 I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in Ciutadella!

The only image I have is of the salad. Which was fresh, soft and crispy at the same time! Ravioli obviously the amazing combination of flavors. 2 plates of meat - delicious. That was the best food experience so far in Spain. From wine to plated, not tried the desserts though!

Went for dinner, the service did not stand up to the standard for a restaurant on the michelin guide and our expectations. The food was good nonetheless. I would definitely recommend the crayfish ravioli, the sauce was amazing. I must say that the manager did a have nice gesture with us as we didn’t enjoy the main. Very professional and polite. Thank you.

Interesting dishes that were well executed, using local ingredients. The space and its design create a relaxed and appealing environment, though the atmosphere is a little subdued. Good wine list, by the glass is excellent value but limited choice. All in all, well worth a visit!

Great service, great flavorful food. The sauce on the veal and lamb was out of this world. Ravioli was rich and great as were the desserts (chocolate mousse and lemon pie).

We got the time mixed up and arrived 15 minutes late to our lunch reservation, we called to explain and the staff were very accommodating. From the first mouthful to the last we enjoyed every bite. The wine recommendations given to us by the staff were also en point. One more noteworthy point was that we were two people and the staff asked if we intended to share dishes that we had ordered, when we said that we did, they then brought each dish divided on to two plates and presented beautifully! We were so happy with our meal and hope to visit again next time we are in Menorca - it was a real treat!

Wow ! My wife & I had the pleasure of dining with you a few days ago. We loved all the food but found the Ravioli especially outstanding. In fact the best dish we have ever had anywhere and we have eaten all over the world, and own a restaurant here in menorca. Lovely staff, great menu & superb ambiance. Had the honour to meet the owner who is also the head chef. This would explain the passion & love he puts into every dish. We were not that hungry when we arrived having had a large breakfast at Vestige Son Vell, but we simply could not stop eating !!! We will return .... and soon !!!!
BEN GREIG — Google review
Food was delicious but not outstanding. However, my dining experience took a turn for the worse when I realized the restaurant had neglected to inquire about allergies or provide any allergen information on the menu. As a result, I mistakenly consumed something that triggered an allergic reaction, leading to discomfort. When I shared my concerns with the chef, their dismissive response was deeply disappointing. Such disregard for customer well-being is unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant takes immediate action to rectify this oversight.

Smoix is before everything else a great food experience that will leave you inebriated with local flavours. The location is great for walking around Ciutadella and explore it's great casco antiguo. We stayed 5 nights in July, we loved the deco, the room is very large and has great bathroom and walk in shower. Great product also for breakfast. The owners do a great job at welcoming you and making you feel comfortable right away Recommended, I would certainly repeat.
Manuel Monteleone — Google review
The food quality was average, but it was extremely expensive for the quantity we got. I was shocked to see that they offer half of a fish fillet for 30 euros. Ridiculous amount of veggies too. Honestly, probably the worst dinner we had in Menorca during our week here. On top of it, I find gross to ask for bread and make pay 2€ for each bun.
Francesco — Google review
Great service, nice courtyard and a promising sounding menu. But in fact, many dishes lacked taste and, for example, goat meat was rather bland

Excellent “bocadillo de sobrasada” and “queso curado”. Staff are great and very welcoming. Great place for a snack or a light meal. Definitely recommend it.

Great bar in Ciutadella, Menorca with outdoor pavement seating to enjoy a drink in the sun and watch the passers by.

The place to be in Ciutadella, where the locals gather. Super friendly staff and lovely local sandwiches (llonguets)

Classic menorcan bar /cafe serving a host of tasty snacks and alcoholic drinks , plus a selection of hot and cold drinks . The coffee served here was of a good standard to my taste , but many people were drinking the classic menorcan hot chocolate which looked quite nice .The building is very impressive inside and seating is set inside antique stone arches which keeps cool even on the hottest of days . The decor is antique/rustic and has many architectural features that have been restored sensibly and add to the bar imperi's charm and atmosphere . The imperi has full waiter and waitress service and prices are modest , we had two flutes of cava / Spanish sparkling wine and it was 2.70 Euro's per glass including service . The imperi has outside director style seating ,with sun porches to shade you in the hot sun , or you can sit inside in the cool arches . The imperi has a great location within the town and is not too far from the beautiful harbour , so why not visit I'm sure you will enjoy the imperi bar experience as much as we did . Always a pleasure to visit !! .

Really good place to get the traditional breakfast consisting of “bocadillo” (sandwich), with “sobrasada” (meat), or cheese, or tortilla. Some good veggie options. Totally recommended!

Good sandwich but little bit overdry. Natural and fresh orange juice.

Lovely place for breakfast. Very calm and next to a nice square. Price was very good. 7 euros for 2 coffee and 2 small sandwiches.

The best sobrassada-cheese sandwich. The place is nice, and you have the feeling that you are part of the town.

Located in the former French consulate, Restaurant Cas Cònsol is a vibrant establishment that offers a variety of tapas, seafood paella, and Menorcan wines. With its terrace overlooking the port, this renovated venue showcases grand proportions and abundant natural light streaming through huge floor length windows. The restoration has successfully maintained the traditional architectural style while infusing it with contemporary elements. Additionally, a balcony has been cleverly incorporated to maximize views of the port.
During our 4 day holiday, we are here twice. Absolutely delicious food, outstanding service and beautiful location/setting overlooking the harbour. You must try here if you’re on holiday in Ciutedella. Can recommend the hake or the mussels!

The restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance with a stunning harbor view, directly accessible from the square. The seafood appetizers were excellent. However, the grilled monkfish with poorly presented onions was disappointing. Prices are high, and portions are a bit small. What I liked least was the cold and rushed service. In my opinion, there are better options in Ciutadella.

Great food, great view. And we also had an excellent attentive waiter with brilliant UK English. Highly recommend.

This restaurant has a gorgeous patio for watching the sunset. I recommend you call and reserve beforehand. The cheese balls and the grilled octopus were great starters. For the main I ordered the truffle mushroom ravioli and it was quite good (although missing a bit of salt).

The restaurant locates in the city centre, next to the theatre. It has indoor and outdoor area. Upper floor has outdoor dinning area which you can see the canal and the city Hall. Atmosphere is good and the staff is very attentive. They keep checking if you finish your food or drink and then ready to serve the next plate. There is a staff could speak fluent English, he could explains you well about every dish. All the dishes that ordered are well seasoning and fresh. Recommend to make reservation in advance.

Really amazing food! The food preparations were very delicious and a lot of options to choose from. The desserts were also great! Just that the food portions were a little small. But the view from the restaurant was worth it!

The absolute perfect place for dinner in the Citudella. We booked for 7pm on the day (midweek) & got the best table overlooking the marina. The prices here are great value & more affordable than other places we found in the old town. We have the grilled hake & grilled monkfish with a tomato bread starter shared & it was all beautiful. Staff were super friendly & polite. A perfect evening end to a day exploring the town. Highly recommend.

A wonderful restaurant. Perfect spot, delicious food and incredible wait staff. Very attentive but not in your face. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and they were amazing about it. The waiter gave me lots of options and it was all fantastic. Highly highly highly recommend.

Went for Menu del Dia fairly price at 26.50 euros at weekend, A Lovely positioned restaurant with Amazing views from terrace. The starter was fine Prawn Advocado salad was lovely. The main was a little let down as the steak was very tough & chewy & the dessert was fine, but found drinks a little on the high side price wise The service was excellent the waiter was extremely attentive & helpful. A Lovely restaurant just a shame about the steak, but I would return.

Best restaurant we tried in Menorca. I had the goat's cheese salad and the black truffle ravioli and my boyfriend had mussels and the red tuna. We were amazed by the location and the quality of the food!

First of all, we arrived and the servers looked at us like we were good for nothing. This did not change until we ordered one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. No smiles, huge arrogance, and overall very uncomfortable. The server told us that the 140€ lobster bisque was for two people but it was very much for 5 it was a 1kg soup. The soup was very good and the view great. But the service was ridiculous. Do not recommend.

We had dinner on a Thursday night, the atmosphere was great. Very quick and friendly service. The food was amazing! I am not giving five starts just for the fact that we asked for sangria and the waiter told us they add that but it was not on the menu. We were served with a bottle of 700ml, which we previously saw at the supermarket and paid for that 21,50€. We felt like that was a bit overpriced, and if we saw on the menu that it was bottled (not homemade) for that price we would have not got that but a bottle of wine instead. For the rest it was great and I surely would recommend everyone to put it on their to-go list when in Menorca.

Rels Restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Ciutadella, Menorca. The menu features a variety of dishes that showcase Menorcas world-class produce, with excellent service and discreet attentiveness. Joan Bagur, the owner and chef, has an impeccable resume that includes stints at one of the world's most celebrated restaurants El Celler de Can Roca.
Very well curated, original and creative menu using local ingredients! Fine dining at its best. Coconut dessert was one of the most surprising dishes Ive had in a while. Nice indoor terrace inside Ciutadella, I would recommend for dinner.

One of the best on the island - indeed a Michelin experience. Truly recommended! Warm service and great food ideas - all products are local. Portions are small but compliments and breads are generous.

Friendly staff and good food. I would probably try the degustation menu next time. In my opinion, the environment didn’t feel as vibrant as I imagined it to be. It is a traditional restaurant in terms of atmosphere, which seems perfect for those Sunday family lunches

Amazingly located restaurant, just inside a patio with a fountain and nice flowers and trees around. The food is good and tasty however the rating comes because there's quite a huge gap between you coming in and ordering and later between dishes. It took close to 2h for a starter and main only. No dessert since could have been even longer. Service is good apart from timings.
luislukas — Google review
Although the location is well curated and resembles a truly Balearic upper class style, the restaurant menu failed to impress as per the very limited choice and the average procedure that led the plates to be produced. I'd not come back, unfortunately.

Great food. Location Is ok, but the food is really awesome and it deserves a visit

Very nice staff but quite disappointing experience overall. Overcomplicated dishes quite tasteless, the place is OK but there are so many other restaurants much more beautiful in Menorca a front of the port or around the Mercado There are exceptional restaurants in Menorca and unfortunately this one is not at the level, so no recommended If I have to give an advice to the head chef is to do more simple dishes : 'Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication' I still wish you all the best in this journey and it always possible to do some improvements

The 8 course taster seemed to put a twist on genuine local dishes of Menorca. They were flexible since one of our party preferred to go a la carte, much appreciated. I'd recommend it. If I really had to criticise, I'd say that despite being full, it was rather quiet and reverential atmosphere. Within reason of course, I'd actually have liked more noise!

Absolutely fantastic, we have eaten there often, the choice is always good, the quality outstanding, the service is first class and what a gorgeous chilled out setting. I can't recommend it enough! The desserts are wonderful too. I often find in other restaurants that although the starters and main courses are great, the dessert menu lets them down, not at Rels! It's a complete package.
