A very warm welcome, good coffee and very decent food. And when I misread the parking signs and got myself clamped they could not have been kinder. Highly recommend

Mermaid County Wicklow Arts Centre is a gem in Bray, offering a diverse array of cultural events from captivating theatre productions and concerts to inspiring art exhibitions. The state-of-the-art facilities, including the intimate 242-seat auditorium, provide a perfect setting for experiencing the arts. The Betelnut Café adds to the charm, making it a great spot for a relaxing coffee or meal. Whether you're a local or just passing through, the Mermaid is a must-visit for any art lover.

A really lovely little theatre. Its so intimate. Perfect for gigs like Jack L.
Eleanor Jordan O'Farrell — Google review
Lovely Art Centre with modern facilities. Quite busy when I visited but could immerse myself easily in the art on display by Michael Geddis and Joanna Kidney. If you like detailed work at a microscopic level, you won't be disappointed.
Michael Nolan — Google review
Performance was amazing. Easy to acess theatre, free car park during show. Profesional staff. Will definatelly come back
DalliKK Bobor — Google review
Not a bad venue. Enjoyable night, there was free car parking in underground car park. Only found that out after I paid 12 euro for the public car park outside it. I was unsure how long the event was, I think it was for 3 plus hrs. This car park charges even after 6pm. Do be aware as you could get clamped in this overground car park.

Went to see a local production of Oklahoma recently. Place was filled to the rafters. Great show. Very well organized and smoothly run. Small coffee bar area was busy but dealing well with the pressure well.

Easy parking, Central Bray, excellent seating. Reasonably varied programme. Full bar wasn't open when I was there, but beer was available for cash.

I attended an African Dance workshop on s Saturday morning. Teacher was excellent and the room provided was fine. More workshops like this wpuld be appreciated.

Jack L wonderful show but the amount of people wandering in amd out during that show was distracting. Sure, i understand that anyone can have an episode where they have to run tm the bathroom but surely it would be good manners not tm come back in during a song amd walk in front of everyone enjoying the performance. Is this not theatre policy. If its not it should be. By all means go out but do not interrupt the middle of a performance to return. It wasn't just one person with was multiple?

The new cafe called IL fico is lovely in there the staff is really nice and friendly the food does taste great... anyway if you be around don't miss out on it

Lovely hub for culture and arts. Interesting exhibitions and workshops. Family-friendly events, live music and stand up comedy. Very reasonably priced and worth keeping track of.

Another one for the ‘to-do-when-it’s-raining-away‘ list. The Mermaid Arts Centre opened back 2002 and over the years has become a space where ideas, creativity, imagination, and artistic expression flourish. There’s a packed events calendar and a gallery exhibiting work by some of the finest artists from Wicklow and further afield at the centre, so you’ll have plenty to keep you amused and occupied. Mermaid Arts Centre contains a 242 seat auditorium which hosts a wide variety of music, theatre dance and a state-of-the-art digital film projector with full surround sound, and our airy and bright gallery hosts on average 8-10 exhibitions per annum.Mermaid Arts Centre is home to the Betelnut Café. The relaxed and comfortable Betelnut Café is open for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee. Drinks are available pre- show and during intervals.

Great, vibrant place in the centre of Bray. Anything and everything for music and theatre lovers. Absolutely amazing food in a cafe on the premises, good vegan and vegetarian selection, which is always a plus! Play area and a mini library for the kids. Highly recommended, whether you're aiming for a cultural experience or just a coffee and a scone. Sweet potato and chilli soup (pictured) is my absolute favourite there 🖒

Aquarium
Nature & Wildlife Areas
The SEA LIFE Bray Aquarium is located in Bray, County Wicklow, and is a popular tourist attraction for both children and adults. The aquarium contains over 3000 different creatures from all over the world, including sharks, octopuses, fish and marine mammals. There are also feeding times where visitors can get involved.
Sea Life Bray Aquarium has such a lovely variety of sea life and atmosphere! The tanks and quality of life that they provide for the animals is top class. There are so many exhibits, suitable for all ages. The staff was phenomenal when I went! They went the extra mile to provide information about the life that's there. Tickets are reasonable at €11 for kids and €14.50 for adults. They have a lovely gift shop as well. Definitely reccomend.
Julia Mari Slade — Google review
It is a lovely place to visit on a rainy day. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very good with kids. The aquarium is kept so clean and the animals look happy. There's a lot of information around to learn with children. I think it suits all ages from small children up to older ones. As an adult I enjoy it but I do find it quite over priced. With kids you probably spend more time there, but myself could easily get through it in 30 minutes and that's with me reading all information.
Alexandra L?vai — Google review
Nice place to visit with kids. My son loved looking at the fish and some other animals. We spent like an hour here. It's not very big but it's still very nice and it's a great thing to do when it's raining because it's all indoors. The staff is very nice and they know so much about the nice animals they have there. If you're lucky, you might see them feeding some of them.
Coke Orellana Espinoza (Coke) — Google review
Went recently as a date to relive some childhood memories, it was definitely fun and really nice to sea the fish! The employees were very informative and enthusiastic. I do remember it being a bit longer only spent around 30~40mins(including our fish watching) but had fun nonetheless!
Dani Uwu — Google review
We've been to almost all the aquariums here I Ireland and we're excited to visit Bray to see the aquarium. Two adults and one kid, €40.50 for the three of us. My advice? Don't waste your money. It is 100% not worth it. There is only really one exhibit of value (the large one with the two sharks) and nothing else. The rest of the exhibits... there aren't many. You can really do the whole aquarium in about thirty minutes and that's being generous. The staff were amazing. They provided some of the absolute best customer experience I've ever experienced in my four years here in Ireland. As I said, save your money and visit Galway or Dingle, cheaper, and you'll spend over 90 minutes to 2 hours in each and be dazzled!
Barb Misiuda — Google review
Overall very enjoyable experience except for the fact that the whole experience lasts about 30 minutes which is not exactly worth the price which you need to pay for the entry. That is the only reason I give 4 stars and the actual viewing was thoroughly enjoyable.
Michal Ciura — Google review
I am not happy at all with my visit to the aquarium. Facilities were not as clean as expected and animals such as rays and sharks didn't have big aquariums to move around. I was rather disappointed when after planning to visit this aquarium in advance and going to Bray on purpose to see sea animals, it just took us 20 minutes and I paid €28 for my daughter and myself. There are other aquariums in Europe where you pay a little bit more but you can enjoy it for hours. Then, I didn't see the staff were willing to answer questions. When we came in, many people were inside and we could hardly see animals as they (people) were pushing. Definitely, it isn't worth paying for it!
Ana Virtudes Moreno — Google review
Quite a short walk around the place. But lots to be seen, with different aquatic life in various tanks. Great for all ages but particularly smaller children. The staff were friendly and took the time to talk about what was in the different tanks what they ate etc. I would recommend going. Try and look out for the coupons on the cereal boxes for 2 4 1 entry, this is what I did.
Happy “Lindy” Camper — Google review
Good place, nice visit with kids. Not that big though, but we were allowed go around a second time. The staff were superb - great and knowledgeable, they were more than willing to chat and inform the visitors about the animals.
Penky P — Google review
Its a nice place to visit but madly overpriced for what it is @€14 50 per adult and €11.50 per child. There aren't that many tanks and you can make your way around in 10minutes. Something to keep the kids entertained on a wet day. The staff are very good in that they involve visitors in the feeding of the animals and you can find them doing talks as you make your way around. FYI you have to book tickets online before you go. Don't rock up expecting to be able to get tickets there as you'll be told its digital purchase only!!! Sadly there's no kiosk there to purchase your tickets from, you will need to do it on your phone or from a PC before you leave home.
MJ — Google review
Had a lovely visit to this small aquarium with my husband, mother-in-law and 2 year old. Got one ticket free with Kelloggs voucher (book online in advance). Beautiful exhibits but could do with updating some areas (there were actually men there at the time measuring up the place for improvements). Nice interactives for my little one to get involved with. Staff were excellent, really helpful and informative but without being over the top. Gift shop was quite expensive but they usually are at attractions so that's to be expected. Lots of lovely cafes/bars outside for food too. We would definitely recommend a visit.
MissHauhet — Google review
Lovely, friendly staff. not many aquariums, some are empty...everything looks a bit dated and dirty, some aquariums are too small. In general, a maximum of 15 minutes for the entire review. If you want to see a shark, you are here)🙂
Olena — Google review
Staff here are fantastic and friendly, I brought a group from focus Ireland and they had a lovely experience, staff gave us a discount,we also had some talks along the way and got to see some fish and a shark being fed. Our focus customers had a great day, thank you very much to the staff at sea life.
Marie Moore — Google review
Good place ok for 1 time visit, this will be shutting down by end of 2023. Visit it once good thing at their store they have a flat 50% off for all the products. They have very good stuff toys and are 50% off. They don't have bags so will suggest to bring your own bags as toys are very good and affordable at 50% off.
Mr. Shah — Google review
Great fun with the kids, lots to see and the staff were so good esp Reece she was brilliant with my little boy talking to him about all the different fish! Defo recommend a visit! 🐠🐡🦈
Karen Harrington — Google review
We came here after good few years again and we have been very pleased with the experience we had. Staff is very friendly and well knowledgeable.
Janka Tremska — Google review
You cannot pay for entry in cash on site. Some aquariums were empty. Small place , I had a nice time for less than 15 minutes , I think the ticket price is too high for just a few minutes of viewing.
evve __1 — Google review
A brilliant yet albeit very small aquarium. If you’re bringing very young children don’t expect to be here long. Was slightly disappointed it took less than 10 minutes from start to finish however the staff were very friendly and helpful, and encouraged us to walk around as many times as we would like. I imagine with older children you may get more out of it if you’re able to do the tour and learn more about the beautiful sea life that lives here!

Killruddery House & Gardens is an elegant 19th-century house with elaborate gardens, a conservatory, and a theatre. The estate has been owned by the same family since 1534 and offers a glimpse into its 400-year history. Visitors can wander through the picturesque woodland, ponds, and 17th-century gardens while learning about the property's evolution.
We are so happy that we visited Killruddery! Not only fabulouse architecture and gardens with gorgeous rhododendrons and woodlands, but the overall atmosphere of a living history. The castle and demesne that is not a museum or a hotel, but a Home: living its life, growing its gardens, welcoming guests. Absolutely charming! Many thanks to the landlords and all the employees!❤❤

Visited this magnificent property with my mum on a weekday in April so the weather wasn't the best. However, we didn't encounter the crowds, and the sun did shine as we meandered our way through these wonderful gardens. There is so much to see outside, and if so inclined, you can have a guided tour of these grounds. The cafe has a limited menu, but there is a pizza oven part of the cafe, which serves freshly made pizzas. Highly recommended for all ages.
Ruth Griffiths — Google review
Beautiful grounds with nice walks in the woods. House tour very interesting especially with regards to some of the previous owners. A wedding was in progress while we were there and it's a fabulous venue for this.

What a gem. So glad to have found this lovely house and gardens. Best goats cheese salad in a long time. We returned to The Grain Store the following week to try more of the menu! I loved seeing the organic, sustainable principles in practice. John Seymour would be proud. Realistic gardening with nature with the right amount of manicured areas!! Check out the piglets and chickens. 🐷🐖🐓🐔🐣Loads for the whole family. 👨‍👩‍👦 Oh, did I mention the Garden Centre!! 🤗

Its a great place to spend time walking, visiting the property, having coffee, lunch and enjoying with family and friends. Great location close to Bray with good parking, excellent structure and staff. Recommended.

A dream of a place! Go on a Saturday and visit the farmers market, go for a stroll in the beautiful gardens (definitely worth paying the entrance fee!) and don't forget to have lunch at the amazing restaurant where everything they make comes from the farm! We took the train from Dublin to Bray and then the bus, so very easy to reach even without own car.

Beautiful place with lots of attractions, nice large area for picnic and big sand playground for kids. Delicious chicken sandwich, scones and coffee with stunning view.

One of the best day trip u can have outside Dublin. Fee for an entrance, saturday farmer's market with few food carts, and their own cafe inside the estate. Beautiful walk in basking sun of May. Picturesque views from many angles, and tje best part is they have free range chickens. Defo a great day trip for everyone, will come back for sure.

Killruddery House and Gardens is such a magical place to have a wedding, I was luck enough to photograph a few weddings there before and it's just the most stunning wedding venue located in the always beautiful Wicklow. The gardens are just so beautiful and the orangery is one of the most beautiful ceremony locations in Ireland, no doubt about it. If you are looking for a unique and jaw-dropping venue I would highly consider having a look at Killruddery House and Gardens

Wonderful place to spend the day. Beautiful grounds and gardens. Great facilities for kids, sandpit and fairy houses are a big hit, plus cake and coffee for the grown ups. Gets very busy in the summer but there is plenty of parking.
Elaine Badrian — Google review
Great starting point for walks, hikes up Little Sugar Loaf. The grounds and house are nice, not spectacular but a lot of history attached to Kilruddery and the Brabazon family that still occupy the place after 400 years..
GFJ Macaogáin — Google review
Stunningly located beneath the ancient Sugarloaf mountain, this is a must see for and interested in these old estates. Gorgeous architecture set against extremely well kept peaceful gardens.

Loved my experience here. We took a house tour during our visit which was an amazing experience and highly recommended. The gardens themselves are beautiful and restore peace and tranquility in your mind. My favourite was the beautiful hedge rows surrounding a lily pond. Can’t wait to come back and explore other areas as it is has enough to do to fill an entire day there. The little tea garden was also lovely!

Great day out for either couples or families. Walked around with the other half, checked out the market before going in, and then climbed the rock outcrop. Stunning views. Park is beautiful with areas juat to sit and take it all in. Plenty of animals, chickens, pigs and birds around. Picnic area in the closed gardens that kids will love ❤️

My wife and I had a recent visit to Kilruddery House and Gardens in Co. Wicklow. We were giving a tour of the house which was present by resiyent tour guide John Burns. John has a wealth of knowledge about the house and it,s furnishings but also he knows so much about the Barbazon family who own the house. The gardens are beautiful with lots of stautes, scrubs, and trees throughout. I would highly recommend visiting kilruddery House & Gardens.

Kilruddery House is an amazing wedding to host a wedding. The ceremony room is a bright neutral space and is so so elegant. The nearby barn which has been converted to host the reception is a great space to put your own stamp. We can't wait to photograph more weddings here in the future! ig: @HoneyAndTheMoonPhotography

Beautiful location. A bit expensive for entrance tickets considering there's not much walking paths. The flower beds are gorgeous and really loved the hidden path behind the hedgegrows. €8.50 for adults, €7 for students and €3 for kids. There's a nice restaurant and mini supermarket too.

Bray Head Cliff Walk is a 7-kilometer coastal trail that connects Bray and Greystones, offering breathtaking views of the Irish Sea and Wicklow Mountains. The walk features historical ruins, colorful flowers, and abundant wildlife, including the chance to spot dolphins on clear days. This moderate-grade trek is best suited for fit adults or families with older children. The highlight of Bray Head, rising 791 feet above sea level, offers an opportunity for a rewarding hike to the top.
On a sunny day this is such a beautiful walk! Come prepared for a long stroll! Comfortable shoes and a water bottle is a must! There is a water fountain on the walk to refill which is a great idea! Stunning views! Highly recommend this adventure!
Georgina Knowles-Doran — Google review
Lovely walk, interesting. Not too tough, takes about two hours. Bray to Greystones and lunch in the Happy Pear - train back
ARC — Google review
It's a nice and steep walk up to the top, you need good shoes and a windproof jacket even for the summer season, The view from the top is spectacular. Car park at the bottom .
Penko Penchev — Google review
The hike was amazing, beautiful view going up, looking down towards the sea, on your left hand side is a beautiful stable, on the right is the sea, one of the most beautiful places I have visited. Make sure you wear hiking shoes or good shoes with grip, as it gets muddy and slippery, it takes about 40 minutes to get to the top if it is not raining. Carry a windbreaker as it does get windy. Would love to visit this in summer. Greetings from 🇿🇦
Burhaan Parakh — Google review
WOW! So happy I took the train from Dublin for this cliff walk. The weather predicted sun with a bit of clouds, mid sixties (in Fahrenheit haha) thank you, however it felt much warmer once I got walking. Very easy walk, a couple of climbs with stairs but nothing overly strenuous. The terrain is a bit rocky so best to have shoes that are thick enough to protect your feet. The views are spectacular! I particularly loved watching the train ride below through the cliffs. I did not do the full loop, just walked to the end and turned around to walk back. Definitely recommend!
Alexa Slinger — Google review
Safe and good hike fr Bray to Greystones. It is not that long, approximately 1.5 hours or 2 hours depending on the speed. The walk is definitely not the most beautiful one near Dublin, in my opinion the Howth cliff walk is more impressive with more landscape views. That said, it's a fun walk and especially with the train track going through the mountains, I creates an unique atmosphere. You can see multiple boats sailing on the water. I would recommend to walk from Greystones to Bray (opposite of our walk) as there is more to eat and drink in Bray than Greystones. Greystones itself is a very artificial town. Definitely a recommendation when you are in Dublin
Jeroen De Koninck — Google review
This was such a pleasant surprise. It's a lovely walk with plenty of opportunities for the more adventurous to explore. If you want some peace and quiet, I recommend hiking towards the Bray Head Cross on a weekday. You'll be able to hear only the birds and your own thoughts. (And the birds are lovely)
Ariel Abonizio — Google review
A quick and a bit steep uphill walk to the Bray's cross. You start at Bray promenade and come back down to the same spot. Walking up is a bit strenuous, whereas returning back is very easy. Views from the top are very pretty!! Plenty of food options at the promenade.
sathish babu — Google review
The Bray to Greystones cliff walk is a breathtaking adventure! The stunning coastal views, invigorating sea breeze, and well-maintained trail make it an absolute must-do. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, fitness buff, or just looking for a scenic escape, this trail offers it all. The sense of achievement at Greystones is the perfect reward for a memorable journey along the picturesque Irish coastline. Highly recommended for all nature lovers and avid walkers!
Adam O'Gorman — Google review
This is such an amazing walk I highly recommend it. The walk is definitely tough but it is so worth it. Bring a bottle because you will get thirsty and you can fill it up on the way. The view is really cool even though it was very cloudy and you can’t see the sea. I thought it would be colder up the top but it was a warm day so it didn’t make much of a difference. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because it’s really easy to get lost or go the wrong way. When I was heading back down we went the wrong way and it was really steep and thought we might have to go back up again. It would be better if they had some signs just for going down, getting up is easy because everyone is going the same way
Aimee Cassidy — Google review
A beautiful trail along Irelands coast. Sadly, most of it is closed right now due to landslides earlier this year. If you really want to, you can still walk it, but I am not sure how far you will get. When open again, it is possible to catch a beautiful train ride back from Greystones.

It's popular with locals and tourists alike, and it has a great atmosphere that makes you feel like you're part of the community. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they'll make sure you have a great time no matter what.
I just love it here. <3 Amazing staff and ambiance! When I’m back home in The Netherlands, I always miss this place :) Comedy nights are also great fun, although I wouldn’t recommend sitting front row and or filming if you don’t wanna get made fun of. I loved it tho hahahahaha

Been going to the Harbour Bar for years and really enjoy the environment, cosy pub feel and the quality Guinness. Staff are great too and have always been very accommodating. I celebrated a few occasions in this spot. The only downside was a recent visit where we got the fish bar spice box which comes with a portion of curry sauce, and a toasted sandwich. The curry sauce came out on a tea light sized measure and I was charged 2 euro for a second tea light portion of curry sauce which I was very surprised about. Other than that it's a 5 star spot.

This was the first place that we stopped to eat when we were visiting Ireland. Hands down, this was my favorite place. It's exactly what I had in mind when I thought pub and as soon as I went to the toilet I knew it was a place that I was going to like. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. It was Irish reds were very tasty.

We were looking for a small lunch and split the fish and chips - excellent. Easily the best we have had anywhere. Certainly the best chips. Fish was very fresh and the batter was perfect-not heavy and not overly oily. Fish portion was nice. The picture was take after the first but was already eaten because we never remember to take one before we dig in.

Such a nice place to spend anytime of the day, nice terrace, nice indoors and offers a nice nightlife, good live bands! And they have choices for everyone, if you are on a gluten free diet, they got draft gluten free beer!! First gluten free draft I've ever seen. I wish all the pubs had the same choices!

Our favourite bar to go to with or without kids. Lovely outside area and really cosy interior. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. There used to be a house cat that sadly passed away. Great food and beer selection too. My kids also love the lime cordial there. Live music at the weekends and lovely classic pub food available. The cheese and ham toastie and the chips& fish are really tasty.

Indian restaurant
Restaurant
Pink Salt Indian Restaurant in Bray is renowned for its excellent cuisine and has a stellar reputation. This Main Street eatery specializes in authentic Indian cooking, prepared with expertise using traditional recipes that have stood the test of time. The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious dishes, including lamb and prawn options. While the lamb is highly recommended, some may find the prawn dish slightly sweet. The second photo on their Facebook page showcases an appetizing starter that tastes incredibly good.
It is very nice Indian restaurant. no matter the service or the taste, it deserves the high reputation. I like the lamb but the prawn for me is a little bit sweet… the second picture is starter. It tastes amazing good!

Amazing Indian restaurant tucked away in Bray. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful set up once you're inside, and brilliant service from the time you enter the door. The food was full of flavour, spice and if asked: chillie! My partner ordered a spicy butter chicken, and I ordered a spicy paneer tikka masala. Both 10/10 when compared to other Indian restaurants in Dublin. Definitely not south-african-indian spice-y...but a brilliant place when we find ourselves missing those chillie flavours :)

Great experience on our first visit to Pink Salt! Snacks of poppadom strips with pineapple chutneys and rose yoghurt are brought to the table and what a tasty treat! we just could not stop eating it! As this was our first time we ordered Pink Salt Platter to start with. A selection of mini portions of Pink Salt’s most loved starters; pork fry, murgh tikka, onion bhaji, calamari and lehsuni prawn. Beautifuly presented and what a great great Starter! Perfection! We than ordered chicken korma and lamb shank with a selection of naan breads. Lamb was this tender it was falling of the bone! I would have preferred my chicken to be more tender but I still enjoyed the sauce, very flavourful! Very attentive and friendly staff offered us a complimentary Baileys and this was just perfect finish to a wanderful Monday evening!

One of the only places to offer vegan / plant based menu options within both a restaurant and dinning experience. Recommend checking them out the next time you get a craving for delish Indian food.

I must say this is one of the best places in town for an authentic Indian dining. Food was exceptional. We had a vegetarian and the quality and taste was just excellent. The ambience was just perfect for a dining, and the service was excellent too. Mr. Nikol was very friendly and had a sound knowledge of their varieties of food. We got exactly what we needed with the spice level that we requested. Would totally recommend this place to anyone for a fulfilling dining experience.

We went for dinner here on the 5th august 2023. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff were very welcoming & the waiting staff very polite and friendly. The food was absolutely divine. Nothing to fault about this place at all. We live in Navan and would absolutely come back here to Bray just to come here again. Just amazing. The price was very decent for the standard of food which was very high.

What a brilliant place...... The food is amazing, the service is attentive but not overly so...... It's fine dining in a lovely environment. Interestingly, it was really busy but still quiet and intimate at the same time. The manager, Susan was well drilled in every aspect. I'd recommend The Pink Salt to anyone wishing to enjoy or try fine Indian cuisine Cheers BJS Joe Sheppard

My partner would always order take out from here, his taste buds desire spice & lot's of it , So I would avoid ordering from here as my taste buds cannot handle very spicy food. My friend Laura mentioned going to dine here , and explained that they cater for everyone's palette, Curious I went with her, I was extremely impressed by the quality of food , very fresh and full of flavour with just the right hint of spice , I would put this experience up there , with some of the fine dining experiences I had when living in France. The owner is very aware of his customers needs , and will ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience. The decor is vibrant and classy , everything is spotless, as you walk in , you are greeted by the sweet scent of fresh roses, the metal bowls have beautiful carvings & are designed to keep your food hot which is great as you can eat at your pace. I am very grateful to my friend Laura for introducing this restaurant to me , I have not stopped telling family & friend's, my parent's will be booking here very soon, and I will be back with Laura , but also my partner as this venue is perfect for friend's but also date night

This Bray restaurant is loved by locals for its delicious food and casual yet refined atmosphere. The menu features seasonal local ingredients and the staff are dressed in white shirts and aprons, making them look professional and smart. The fish and chips are delicious, as is the brownies and sticky toffee pudding. The tacos are a little small, but if you like your pie on the tart side, go for it.
This is my second time here. Absolutely delighted with the food and service here. I love that all the staffs wore white shirts and an apron. It made the staffs look so professional and smart. The fish and chips were delicious and the portions were great. The brownies and sticky toffee pudding were perfect. I will return for the burgers. They look absolutely delectable. Tacos portion were a little small. If you like your apply pie on the tart side, do go for it. I personally like sweet apple pies.

Our brunch experience at this restaurant was bustling, with a wait to get in due to the usual crowd. Once seated, the service was prompt, ensuring we didn't wait long for our orders. However, the atmosphere felt a bit overwhelming with the large number of people. Despite this, the dishes we tried, like the Irish breakfast and avocado toast, were tasty, although not cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the dishes are definitely worth a try if you're willing to overlook the bustling atmosphere.

Love this spot for brunch. Gorgeous food, great portions, lovely staff, and dog friendly... what more could you ask for? Would definitely recommend booking a table on the weekends though, as it can be busy.

Had a lovely experience for lunch, food was fresh and very tasty, staff really welcoming and although we’ve waited for the table the food arrived quickly and we were very satisfied! Only reason I would give a 4/5 is that there aren’t enough vegan options, I’d love to see a vegan Irish breakfast one day.

Good brunch, lovely staff, free parking on the weekends. The breaded asparagus gave a nice crunchy texture to the my meal. My preference of a poached egg is soft but not too runny. My eggs were perfect. We loved everything but the beans on my husbands breakfast. No flavor and not cooked all the way. Beans should be soft all the way through but other than that we loved everything.

The Harbour Bar is a fantastic place to get your drink on, with stunning views of the water.

If you're looking for a place to dine in Bray and indulge in delicious Indian cuisine, Daata Tandoori is the perfect choice. Situated on Brays seafront, this stylish restaurant offers a unique dining experience that sets it apart from typical high street Indian establishments (which are still enjoyable). With tasteful decor, exceptional cocktails, and professional yet welcoming staff, Daata Tandoori is a destination worth frequenting.
The place has its own distinctive way to present their food. The food not only looks good but its a treat to your mouth. Would recommend anyone visiting bray to stop by and enjoy their meal. They also have a Patio area Sitting in addition to the indoor sitting. Food tasted fresh and that's really important when it comes to paying big bucks for dinning out!! Highly Recommended.

Just another fine night at Daata! I love that the place is constantly improving, they just opened another huge area, so they have a lot more space inside. The service is top notch and very kind as always, the food is still great and they even have a bar now. They have improved the desserts as well, probably the menu too. The are very receptive to feedback, which is a solid sign of improvement! Still could highly recommend them, from the bottom of my heart! Thank you so much for the usual, quality time! <3

Get ready for some 🥵 spicy stuff 🔥🔥🔥😂 We had a nice evening with my friends, nice atmosphere, very attentive staff. The food was tasty but I had the feeling that in all 4 starters and 3 main dishes were with the same spices and due to this not much difference between them. Garlic naan 🫓 was delicious 🤤 Mango Lassi very tasty and the Masala Tea could be a bit more spicy 😊🥰 Desert very unique and special ☺️

Meal here was fab! Atmosphere was even better. They just moved to a new premises and did it in what seems like overnight. In one week they transformed a former burger restaurant to a beautiful and very atmospheric little gem on the seafront. It feel like you are in a different world and the attention to detail on the menus and decor is just fab. It’s full of plants and rugs and photos from the family who runs the place and it does just feel like home. There were a few growing pains like staff unsure of orders of tables , but the first week open you expect that! The non alcoholic cocktails were delicious , and that is very hard to get right. Parizaad was the winner but designated driver was also lovely. Both sweet but the parizaad actually had a bit of a kick/tang that was lovely! Can’t wait to come back!

Overall a brilliant experience in terms of fine dining. The ambience and service were top notch. There's a jolt of culture pressing right through every corner of the restaurant with vintage Pakistani adverts, family pictures and artifacts. This made it a very beautiful vibe combined with the Bollywood songs. Now coming to the food, the quality and overall taste was absolutely nice. Just that it was a tad bit over expensive when compared to the portions they serve. Even pickle and pappodom were not complimentary with the meal as it is with every other Indian/Pakistani food joint. I expected them to serve me because I ordered a Thali and it's common that you are served sides in it. But anyways the taste had quite a beat with it so can't complain much. Their drink menu is good too. Also they have a carrom board for people to play if you're bored between ordering your food and eating.

We went there for a corporate dinner. The ambiance was really awesome, a bit dark though so I would give 4/5 to ambiance. The entire staff was extremely friendly especially maria and chef irtiza so 5/5 for staff. The drinks Mango lassi and pina colada were surely 5/5 but mojito was awful. The entire range of starters were exceptionally good specially prawn pakors and veg samosa's. Some of the mains were great like chicken biryani, lahori lamb karahi and famous afghani chicken. However, butter chicken and balochi chicken can be improved. These two did not taste like Pakistani at all. Gulab jamun and masala chai was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate giving 5/5 to food as well. Beautiful place next to bray beach and plenty of parking.

A charming hotel facing Bray Beach. The decor is bursting with vibrant colors, setting a lively scene. The food? Simply amazing. The sheek kabab is a taste sensation, though a bit small portionwise. But the real star? Ireland's best naan and flavorful Balochi chicken. Sure, it's a tad pricey, but the experience is worth every penny. The cherry on top? The friendly and welcoming staff.

I visited Daata Bray Restaurant last weekend and I was amazed by the quality and taste of their food. I ordered Afghani Chicken and Balochi Chicken, and they were both perfectly cooked with the right proportion of spices. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. The portions were generous and the service was friendly and attentive. This was the best Indian subcontinental food I have ever tried in Ireland, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic and delicious cuisine. I will definitely come back again and try more dishes from their menu.

So glad I visited here for a birthday dinner. Absolutely loved the interior but the food really speaks for itself - the Afghan Chicken is a showstopper!! Really enjoyed it as well as the lamb chops as part of the Daat Thaal. The ambience is great here and I’m a fan of the lighting, music and decorations. The mixologist was extremely friendly and made me a great French 75!
