The Toyama Glass Art Museum is a top-rated attraction in the area, showcasing contemporary glass sculptures and installations from both domestic and international artists. In addition to these stunning pieces, the museum also features a permanent exhibition of works by renowned artist Dale Chihuly. The museum's building itself is an impressive work of art that combines its function as both a museum and library. Although there is an entry fee of 200 yen, it's worth spending at least an hour exploring the exhibits inside.
Absolutely a 5 star place to visit in Toyama. Besides so many astonishing glass works from both domestic and international glass artists, the building itself is a great piece work of art while combing the function of museum and library. I will be nice to live close by and visit often. We had a great time here.
Uhaan — Google review
Incredible art. I would definitely put that museum in the world class museum with their well curated selections. The atmosphere was cheery chill. Not busy at the time I was visiting. I was impressed. And I’ve visited museum all over Europe and North America. Like the institute of arts in Chicago, the Prado in Madrid, Guggenheim in New York, Orsay Paris… and so forth.
Tahnee Stockhem — Google review
The permanent exhibit at 200 yen is worth it. If you just want to see a glass art but not an art collector. No need to experience the special exhibition for 1,000 yen. The building design is amazing!
Chasing Fatima — Google review
It’s definitely worth visiting. Each month has different installations I suppose but that increases the appeal. There’s a library inside and each floor has a different attraction . English descriptions are available so I could read easily.
A Alleyne — Google review
Very disappointing, the museum itself is very small and only occupied 6th floor, part of 5th floor and part of 4th floor. The only wow factor was dale chihuly sculptures. The rest were very unmemorable. Wouldn’t recommend.
Grace Tay — Google review
One of the must see destinations in Toyama, showcasing the glass work arts from this area and other exhibits. Admission is very affordable at 200 yen. Although special exhibits might require additional fees, the permanent collection is already impressive enough. The place also houses the Toyama City Public library, which offers a large selection of books, publications and magazines. You can leisurely sit down and grab a book. The building was designed by renowned Japanese Architect Kengo Kuma and the massive interior is very impressive. Would highly recommend to art and architecture enthusiasts.
Tristan Agustin — Google review
It was good but not as expected level. Entry fee 200 yen but they are not allowing to take photos inside. Disappointed, but for 200 yen it is ok to spend 1 hour here. They said should not post inside things pics so just added pics of outside.
DINESH KRISH — Google review
The museum is so beautiful. I never expected Toyama to have such an amazing museum. A must-visit attraction for this town!
Narawich Poovarodom — Google review
I had a really great time here and tend to visit in order to see a lot of the rotating exhibits. I love the glass, but also the architecture of the building. Its a super unique experience. It is a rather small museum though, as others had mentioned, so don’t block an entire day for this. I recommend an hour or two planned for this museum. I spent about 2 hours here, but mostly because I stop at every exhibit and even read all of the plaques on them! Its still a fun visit in my opinion! I recommend visiting the gift shop on your way out, it has really cute gifts!
Saige Bock — Google review
The building itself having a beautiful architecture structure, and having very nice artistic glassware. Worth mentioning there isnt any parking lot directly.
Chan Ding — Google review
Beautiful place, lovely art exhibitions, cost only 200 Yen. Wouldn’t take you long to go through the exhibits. The Building also houses a library. But the lack of one star is due to the fact that there is no free parking unlike other museums. That’s said, the highlight for most might be chihuly’s exhibit which was beautiful but not the best I’ve seen as it was dusty and requires some maintenance. Can possibly have more art pieces and variety from local artists.
Sarah Ong — Google review
Remarkable collection of Dale Chihuly glass art pieces on the top floor. The building itself has a nice modern design and is home to the city's public library. A variety of glass pieces and modern art to inspire visitors on the flexibility of designing with art.
Ribeye — Google review
200JPY which is super reasonable with satisfyjng volume and quality of artcrafts. Did not need to wait to get in on weekends/JP PH as I arrived at there at 9:30AM which they just opened. It was also relaxing and cozy to sit down and read JP magazines at the library space. Hope they will provide online QR code kind ticketing system (like major OTA offers) so that we can skip the purchase procedure for better customer experience.
tete — Google review
The art museum has 4 floors, the entrance floor not included, three of them had glass art displays. The best one is the Chihuly exhibit at the top floor, containing colorful and mesmerizing installations, the rest of the floors display various local and offshore artists art works. The museum has a vast library spending on a couple of the middle floors, restrooms and small resting area. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance floor, the queue is not long.
Ilan Kader — Google review
Absolutely beautiful museum, fascinating art pieces. We went later in the day so it wasn’t crowded at all and there seemed to be one of those machines (for the life of me I can’t remember what it’s called) the things where something like a marble goes through this whole contraption like the butterfly effect where one small thing ends up doing a lot (I really hope someone knows what I’m referring to), and it looked interesting, they might run it at some point but we just checked it out. It was wooden and looked like a jungle thing. There was also a library in the museum, but it was closing around the time we were there. Definitely recommend if you’re in Toyama!
Kat Pond — Google review
Really cool place, specially the building itself! It has a public library free for the locals to use. Amazing and beautiful. If I lived here I would be studying here everyday.
陳Jimson — Google review
Shockingly low cost ticket for admission. Chihuly and other masterpieces!
M R — Google review
Wasn’t planning to come here but as I had some time to spare came walking from my hotel (in the nearby area there isn’t too much to see anyway). As it is maintained by the city’s office, the entrance is only 200 yen, but what is worth about is the building, designed by Kengo Kuma. The exhibitions are small but still nice to see if you have some time available in Toyama.

Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is a picturesque 90-kilometer trail that winds through the stunning Japanese Alps, offering a range of transportation options to traverse it. Although the experience is pleasant, one should prepare for potential waiting times at each stage of the journey. Additionally, returning to a previous point on the route may prove challenging. However, visitors are rewarded with breathtaking natural scenery that makes it all worthwhile.
A gorgeous part of Japan - so incredibly scenic. It's a lot of fun switching from one form of transport to another all along the route, and the scenery is beautiful…had a beautiful cool day with bright blue skies…seeing the snow wall and the great view of the plateau was worth it.
SS S — Google review
It was a very nice experience but be prepared to wait in line for each section of the route. If you choose to go a part of the route and come back to the same spot it can get quite a challenge. The nature is astonishing.
Jure Vodnik — Google review
I couldn’t get the ticket and reserve it in advance. However, you can walk in on that day in the early morning. I recommend to stay at the Toyama station and the next morning you went to the dentetsu Toyama station. There is a counter you can by a ticket and reserve cable car together. The price depend on the final destination you would like to visit there. If you would like to go only snow wall I recommend you reserve at the Murodo station. The price also has two option ; one-way and go and back. All the price include bus from cable car to snow wall. The reservation is first come first serve.

You must be able bodied to traverse this route through the mountains!! From Matsumoto side, electric buses travel through the mountain to reach the Kurobe Dam. There are a bunch of stairs from the bus area to the dam level. The dam is flat and the building with the restaurant on the second floor has a back door with a ramp. The next section of the route has a funicular within the mountain that has stairs to reach since it is 50 feet in the air from the entry way. Be aware the hand railing ends about two steps from the bottom entrance to the funicular car. When the car reaches the upper station you have to cross about 7 feet of narrow step to reach the handrail to continue into the station. Lots of stairs in the upper station. The aerial tram holds about 40 people at a time and crosses a very pretty valley. At the other side of the valley is the station from the highway bus trip down into the valley below. Lots of curves on the road. The last part of the trip is an outdoor funicular which involves more stairs. Great trip but I didn't think this through very well since I have a fear of heights and walk with a cane (prothesis). The access to the Kurobe Dam is much easier from the Matsumoto side but you still have some stairs to climb to get there.

Glad to have done this trip and checked it off my list. Started from Toyama side and got a return ticket to kurubo dam and back to Takayama station. We had an unexpected situation where strong winds fell a tree along the train line fron tateyama to Toyama which resulted in 2 hours (time taken for train track emergency team to clear the fallen tree) added to the outing time. Thank God all is well.

Could not get the Web ticket for 15 April when it opened for booking on 1 March (hotels have been booked). As such, we bought the Kurobe Alpine ticket pass from JTB. But we had to exchange it on the day of the visit. Be sure to come as early as possible: we went to the ticket office at 0730 hrs, and could only get onboard the 1350 hrs cable car. The whole journey will take about 4 hours to arrive at Shinano-omachi station. The baggage transfer service can deliver luggage to your hotel if it is near to Shinano-omachi station (like Hotel Route Inn).

It was lovely weather to begin with. Beautiful scenic views everywhere. Spring water is available fresh from the Alpine. Little chaotic, but overall, it's a pleasant trip. What's more the train , cable car and bus trips are well worth it.

It was a fun experience traversing through the Alpine road using different forms of transportation. We took the Ogizawa to Tateyama one way route. The views were breathtaking. Remember to take a map at the start of your trip and collect stamps at every station to keep as a souvenir. Highly recommended for any tourists in Japan! It's a trip to remember.

When you visit in summer you'll only see 7 meters of snow wall or less. And you can't walk through out the road, only a few meters from Murodo station. They had a rope barrier for some reasons. Nevertheless, the experience was great. Tip: If you're on a budget, please bring extra food and drinks. Onigiri, sandwiches, and liquids to quench your thirsts from a long walk. Food and drinks prices at the stations are doubled, which is understandable. Take a lot of pictures and videos. And enjoy every scenery you can see along the travel.

It was a very breathtaking view that I’ve ever seen in my life. I went there on early July, and it was my first time to visit Tateyama Kurobe. Many people suggested me to go on spring instead so that I’ll still able to see the snow wall. But I got a chance to go on summer, and there’s still some snow on the top of the mountain. The weather is nice too, not too cold but kinda windy (around 12-16 degree celcius). It was my first snow experience since I live in a tropical country. I was very happy. Would like to come back again on spring to see the snow wall 😄🙏
Nadia — Google review
Totaly amazing! This destination is totally worth the cold ✨ This is one of the “once a lifetime” destination. So, I really suggest people who wanna go here to sign up with the Tour, since they know all the suitable routes and schedules for this destination. Bring the warm pockets or anything winter outfit, since it’s so cold ! And dont forget to bring umbrella for keeping you out from snow and drizzle.

Lovely place with lots of ice. Walking through the ice corridor closes at 3 pm, so try to reach the Murodo station before that time. Weather is very cold in April, Keep spare shoes / socks/ gloves in case ur feet get wet with snow. It is one full day journey though several skiing enthusiasts also stay there for the night. Entire Journey is picturesque.

Completed in 1963, the Kurobe Dam is an impressive feat of engineering that boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains and river. As Japan's tallest and largest dam with a capacity of 200 million tons, it holds its place as one of the largest in the world. Construction took approximately seven years and involved over 10 million workers at a cost of 51.3 billion yen. Access to this secluded location was facilitated by helicopter for transportation of materials and tools.
KorubeDam is Japan tallest 186m height and largest dam with capacity of 200 millions tons. It is indeed also one of the largest in the world and the view is spectacular. It took approximately 7 years to build. In fact, the first task in constructing the dam was to transport materials and tools to the secluded region by helicopter. Over 10 million workers were involved in dam construction over the seven years and the total construction cost at the time was 51.3 billion yen!

The Kurobe Dam (the tallest dam in Japan ) should not be missed. I visited Here in May and it was perfect! You need to take the special tram to get you there, but it's well worth it. It is one of the main attractions of Kurobe Tateyama Alpine Route. It is huge and very impressive. The scenic view was honestly gorgeous to say the very least. You fell never tired of seeing its panoramic scenery.

Stunning view in this sunny day with clear and blue sky. Need to climb 220 steps of stair to the observatory but worthy. The outdoor stairs is closed due to the snow.

2022/05/05 Magnificent view. Be careful about crowd if you worry about pandemic. We took a 15 min ride on electric bus from Ogizawa station to Kurobe dam. From here, we walk to kurobeko station to take cable car to go to kurobedaira.

This was my first stop of Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Kurobe Dam. It took around 15 minutes from Ogizawa Station. The view here amazing and the wind is really strong, this dam is 186 meters high. This is such a huge and tall water dam, and also it is a way to reach Kurobeko station.
Alvin Aby Artahsasta — Google review
Beautiful surroundings to be honest. I do find it expensive though ¥2800 for basically a 15 minute bus ride to the dam as you cannot drive to the dam so have to take the bus. I think that it is worth going in the autumn and winter more so than a summers day , I will post again in the autumn.

I traveled to Kurobe Dam in October by train from Toyama and bus up the mountain. I suggest using this route to go from Hokuriku to Tokyo if you want to experience some sightseeing in Japan!
Yuta Takatsu — Google review
The views are dam good here. Weather is pretty chilly and sun is bright so pack as weather and sun protection. Didn’t go on the cruise so can’t comment on that, I was on the way up the mountain. The dam has some great history so do go check that out if you’re interested in how the dam plays a part in supporting the villages at the foot of the mountains. Apart from that, it’s a great photo opportunity area

Tallest dam in Japan at 163m. Built in 1963. Good view of the dam. Had good weather, clear sky and not too warm.
CK Cheong — Google review
Beautiful scenery. The climb up the observatory can be rather tiring. With 260-280 steps up and down. Definitely not for the faint hearted! The dam Only open for discharge from late june, which can be spectacular. Factor in at least an hour to walk around. There is also the option to take a scenic cruise for 30 mins at a charge
Yock Song Law — Google review
Kurobe dam was built in the mid 1960’s and is quite an engineering marvel. It makes you a bit dizzy to stand at the top and look down. Definitely worth a visit! RECOMMENDATION: - Be sure to go to the restaurant and eat the “Dam Curry”. It is a curry dish with the rice shaped like a dam holding back the curry. Best Dam Curry ever! INTERESTING FACT: - Their mascot is “Kuronyan” (“Black Cat”). SECRET FACT: - When you ride the electric bus to get there, look at the handle holds: they are black cat heads!

We came here in mid April and unfortunately the sakuras were long gone. However the castle is very scenic. We saw some nice tulips planted on the outside of the castle and took some nice photos here. The area was not touristy and was very quiet. We enjoyed the peace and breeze exploring around.

I happened to chance upon a number of cranes resting near the trees at this castle park and was amazed there’s this particular one which stood in the middle of the pond for awhile despite my presence. It appears that the pond and the trees near this castle park has inspired me and sparked my passion to brush some paintings out of these photos.

A Brief History: Toyama Castle (富山城, Toyama-jō) is a flatland-style Japanese castle located in the city of Toyama, Toyama Prefecture, in the Hokuriku region of Japan. It is also called Azumi Castle (安住城 Azumi-jō). Built in 1543, the castle and its surrounding land is maintained by the government of Japan as a public park. The castle was listed as one of the Continued Top 100 Japanese Castles in 2017. Source: Wikipedia This is the first castle I saw when I came to Japan probably because I live and work in Toyama. My first visit was with my sister so it was memorable. She introduce me to the castle and from the I am amaze how Japanese Government reconstruct and maintain the castle on its glorious days. It is not as big as Osaka Castle but it’s pride from this town is uniques. So if you pass by in Toyama make sure to drop on and see this place.

(Translated by Google) This is my first Zakami. Five adults arrived at the store and were guided to a private room. Since it was a private room, I was able to relax without worrying about those around me, but it felt a little small for three adults. I ordered Wanko Soba and it said there was a 90 minute time limit, but nothing was said when it was served. At first, there were 5 bowls with about 2 bites of soba, a small bowl (condiments), and tempura (shrimp tempura, okra tempura), and I was told that I could get refills for the soba and soup, so I ordered 5 soba noodles, but it was difficult to get a second refill. The soba noodles didn't arrive, so I couldn't eat anything and had to wait in a daze. It seems better to order a refill before you finish eating everything. The small bowl of grated grated yam and okra was delicious when eaten with the soba noodles in the soup. Since I had cold soba during the cold season, my stomach got cold halfway through the meal. The soba noodles and soup were very delicious. This time I wanted to eat it during the warmer months. There was no explanation of the contents of the all-you-can-eat menu. I don't know if there is a time limit, but I didn't have to worry, I was full. It was quick to get my order. Next time I will go to Soba on Eve. エアポートキッチン at Toyama Airport offers a delightful dining experience with its delectable parfait and sweet banana caramel pizza topped with custard. The addition of mint may not be to everyone's taste, but the overall food quality is impressive. Visitors praise the wonderful service and great atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot for travelers passing through Toyama Airport. Additionally, the amazing burger served here adds to the appeal of this dining establishment.
Wonderful service. Great atmosphere and truly amazing food. Will be back next time we travel through Toyama Airport. Thanks again!!

The parfait was good. The sweet banana caramel pizza actually had some custard on it which was quite nice. The mint was an entirely unnecessary addition, however.

Amazing burger and amazing atmosphere. If you are flying through Toyoma, you will not be disappointed.

The taste is so so compared to the price. The table was too high to the chair I was seated. The waitress did not know much about her job.

(Translated by Google) (2023/11/06) Day trip to Toyama Glass Museum. The first flight from Tokyo arrived after 11:00, and I prioritized going to the Sokuruwa Art Museum, but ended up being left out for lunch. I drank something sweet at a coffee shop to satisfy my hunger. I didn't have any plans other than the museum, so I bought some souvenirs at the station and headed to the airport. There were 7-8 people in front of the sushi restaurant on the first floor, but they were still preparing. A coffee shop and a hamburger shop. When I looked at the menu in front of the store, they also had pizza, so I decided to go in. Beer first. Margherita, this is a large size delivery pizza, the dough is chewy, and the smell of pizza sauce, cheese, and basil leaves is so fresh that it tickles your nostrils. The L size disappeared into my stomach along with the beer. Just then, an announcement was made that takeoff would be delayed by 35 minutes due to strong winds. The PIZZA was delicious, so the others must be delicious too. So, I ordered a glass of red wine and an assortment of 4 kinds of snacks.Although the order was different, my favorite olives, green and black olives, and succulent salty oil were delicious. Arugula, prosciutto, and red wine go ahead. The walnuts and round sweets, with raisins inside and a few pieces of salami, are succulent and delicious. After I finished eating, I realized that if I wasn't that hungry, I wouldn't have gone in. I thought it might be a good idea to make this my destination. The chairs around the pillars are low chair sofas, and the table is high considering the height of the chairs, making it difficult to eat.If you are directed there, you might want to move elsewhere. If you just want to drink, a low chair is fine. Menya Iroha CiC is a renowned ramen chain restaurant known for serving Toyama Black Ramen, which features a strong soy sauce flavor, giving the soup a dark appearance. Despite its intimidating look, the ramen has a mild and full-bodied taste with a rich umami flavor. The restaurant's signature dish has won the championship at the Tokyo Ramen Show for three consecutive years and is considered Toyama prefecture's flagship ramen.
The ramen was really good & flavorful, not too salty as I thought it would be. The chashu were very tender! Gyoza was nice, I love the sauce!

Toyama Black Soy Ramen. Soy sauce based. I find it salty and the flying fox squid 🦑 which is the local specialty is a challenge to eat salty too. Anyway, we need to experience the local specialty.

It’s one of the famous ramen chain restaurants that serves Toyama Black, the ramen whose soup is darker than the normal soy sauce ramen. It looks intimidating but the taste of the soup is mild and full of soy sauce umami flavor. The set with Shiro-Ebi ramen is perfect to try different types of Toyama ramen!

Toyama and Black Ramen 🤤 The name of these ramen noodles derives from their strong soy sauce flavor, which makes the soup appear black. Although salty in appearance, these ramen noodles in fact have a light taste, with a full-bodied broth, making them very easy on the pallet. Toyama Black Ramen has been the champion 3 years consecutively at the Tokyo Ramen Show, an event featuring ramen noodles from all across Japan. Toyama Black Ramen is Toyama prefecture’s flagship ramen. Also try shrimp dumplings , is to die for!! This ramen will give you surprise with all the richness in one bowl, so comforting.

it was just aight. I mean toyama is known for its black pepper ramen and this is relatively close to the station... I tried the black pepper and shiro ebi. they weren't bad just nothing to write home about. they won some competition years ago. but it was years ago. so that says something.

The soup is saltier than other restaurants. Fried chicken is more salty, pork is delicious.

Likes: - famous for original Toyama Black Ramen; a must try if you are in Toyama - reasonable price - plenty seating; long communal tables for single/couples and tables for big groups - friendly attentive service - al dente noodles have a “spring” to them - flavorful broth Dislikes: - broth has a strong taste of iriko/niboshi (dried anchovies), soya sauce - first time that I could not finish the ramen soup; perhaps best with or over rice, too salty for consuming it as a soup - can have long lines during peak meal hours

We had Toyama's signature dish, black ramen. At first I was hesitant that it might be too salty but surprisingly it was good. And the meat toppings were abundant. I'd definitely be returning.

Udon noodle restaurant
Noodle shop
ItoSho Motu noodle stew is a popular spot with both table and counter seating, known for its specialty udon noodle dishes served in clay pots. Despite the busy atmosphere, the wait time to be seated and served is relatively short. The menu can be a bit challenging to navigate for non-Japanese speakers, but the effort is well worth it once you taste their amazing udon noodles and bold, flavorful broth.
Known for their delicious motsu-udon. Had a great experience, even had to wait almost an hour from waiting on the queue until serving.

Easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Japan. The offal hot pot udon is simply the best, there was so much depth to the flavour of the broth and also lots of toppings (mushrooms, tempura, fish cake) which is rare for udon at this price (offal hot pot was 1,000 yen). There was a wait to get in and then a wait after purchasing your ticket once inside. Took about 45 mins altogether at around 8pm but we’ll worth the wait. It was so good we came back for lunch the next day and got the same but with an added egg inside (extra 100 yen)

We arrived nearly the closing time of 1st shift. The store is still a bit busy and there is a queue waiting in house, however it just took us 15-20 mins to he seated and ordered. We ordered at the machine and it doesn’t have English language to choose from. We used Google translate to grasp the idea of which kind of udon topping we want to get. The noodle is amazing, I must say it’s the best udon noodle I’ve ever tried in Japan. The broth is tasty and bold, it’s totally different with udon in other region. Also, the topping we chose were beef intestine, tempura and eggs. I was born and raised in vn, we have a lot of dished made from beef or pork intestine, i didn’t know Japanese also has this kind of dish. What I also like is that they cooked and we enjoyed the food from the same stew, so it’s still hot until my last drop. The noodle is thick and firm. It’s definitely a great choice for cold winter or chilly autumn. The price is quite reasonable, we ordered 3 stews and it took us around 3k ¥ for 3. Highly recommended for those who wants to try udon noodle in Toyama ! It brings you to different level of udon. We will be back!

Awesome Udon place, The crab one comes with a lot of it. A place where locals from Toyama come to have dinner. I arrived at 5pm sharp and at 5:15 people already queue outside.

Japanese claypot udon! Yummy miso soup and chewy udon noos. And tons and tons of pig intenstines! There are other types of udon/toppings but this is their signature dish. The soup is rich and a bit spicy. A bowl (850yen) is very filling. A guy sitting beside me ordered a bowl of rice with his claypot udon... (Me: the heart wants to do the same but the body says NO! Tummy is full...🥺). The service crew is fast and friendly. Attentive too, asks if you wish for more water (it’s free/self service to refill water) when your glass is less than half filled. Anyways u just need to buy a ticket and they’ll serve u accordingly.

We go there expecting a claypot udon topped by meat or tofu, but upon reaching there it was pig innards (stomach and intestines). We brace ourselves as it is packed by locals. We order one for share, but ho and behold, it is very delicious. The innards are very soft, and tasty, because it is flavored before. The soup is miso based, cooked with dried kombu/seaweed. So it is very tasty. Even though we eat it with bowl of rice, we still hungry for more. So we order additional bowl. It is that tasty. You will seldom find a place selling claypot stew with innards in Japan, it is a must try.

Station Soba TATEYAMA SOBA & Masunosushi MINAMOTO is a conveniently located restaurant just outside Toyama Station and Dentetsu Toyama Station, making it perfect for a quick meal. The menu offers standard soba and udon with various toppings, and purchasing a ticket from the vending machine upon entry is easy with English labels available. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is kept clean.
A small soba/udon place for people waiting for the next train. It’s right next to the entrance to the shinkansen gates, buy with ticket machine, and all dishes are served within a minute, perfect quick and full meal for short time. The store is small and people come and go quickly, most of the customers would stand to eat and the seats are commonly for the elders.

(Translated by Google) I stopped by after 1pm on a weekday. It is crowded with customers of all ages, young and old, including students. I bought ``Curry Soba'' (600 yen including tax) from the ticket vending machine at the entrance. We have added ``White shrimp tempura'' (260 yen) and ``Masu no sushi'' (1 piece = 220 yen). "Curry soba" is based on soba soup, but it is dark and rich, perhaps because it is typical of Toyama's black curry. The spiciness was mild, but it had just the right amount of spiciness, and my body felt refreshed even after eating. The ``white shrimp tempura'' was larger than I expected, and I was impressed by the fact that each shrimp was fried one by one. Also, ``Masu no sushi'' is familiar from ekiben, but perhaps because it was freshly made, I felt that the sushi rice was easier to eat than eating it in a bento box. As expected, this is a Masuno Sushi Gen-san directly managed store. (*I wanted to pair it with yellowtail sushi, but it was sold out.)
